The vampire of the Crimson Tower. Considered the main culprit behind the chaos caused by the "Crimson Moon." Holds a deep grudge for the persecution of a fellow vampire whose weakness was exposed long ago, and caused Elizabeth to go berserk a thousand years ago. With the return of the Crimson Moon, he schemes to resurrect Elizabeth. As a high-ranking vampire, he possesses extraordinary healing abilities, but was turned to ash after receiving a slash from Shadow that was too fast to heal, piercing his heart.

In the TV anime version, the moment he tried to resurrect Elizabeth, he was silently killed by Shadow's "I Am Atomic" explosion.
