The previous hero. Like Dariel, he possesses a high affinity for all four types of aura. He was injured in a battle with Granbarza and passed the title of hero to Lady. Dariel only saw him in battle, so he was thought to be heartless, but in reality, he has a gentle personality, enjoying playing with children. He is actually Dariel's biological father, and Dariel's extraordinary aura affinity is inherited from Aransil. Thirty years ago, his wife was killed in an attack by Bezetan, and his son Dariel went missing, leading him to harbor hatred towards demons and kill them mercilessly. He happened to meet Sessha during a quest and visited Lux Village to check on Lady, who continued to stay there. Initially, he did not realize Zebiantes was a demon and shook hands with her, but later discovered her true nature when she accidentally used magic to retrieve laundry blown away by the wind, leading to a confrontation with Dariel and the later-arriving Granbarza, but was stopped by Malika. Afterwards, he doted on his grandson Gran. When Bashvaza attacked the Mithril Mine and Lux Village, he stood alongside his former enemy Granbarza to face the flame demon beast Salamandra. Having fought out of hatred for demons until now, he remarked that this was the first time he could fight with a true hero's heart.
