Ibis

She is a subordinate of Caldmellia, and in Volume 3, she incites dissident elements within Natra, attempting to stir up dissatisfaction toward Wein Salema Arbalest to provoke a civil war. She recruits Hagal to her side and is confident in the success of her plan, but in reality, it is a scheme orchestrated from the beginning by Wein and Hagal working together. Her plan ultimately fails, and she is merely used by Wein as a means to expose dangerous agitators. Even after this, she continues to appear throughout the story.
