Rikka looks like a regular middle school student.

She wears a different school uniform than the others because she made it by copying Earth clothes as best she could.

On her head, she has what looks like a ribbon, but it’s actually her antennas, an important part of her alien body.

She puts on a lively, happy-go-lucky act, pretending to be a cheerful girl.

Inside, she is very serious, cool, and sometimes worries if she’s acting her role well enough.

Rikka thinks in a more grown-up way than her friends and even calls them “Miss” in her mind, though she acts younger on the outside.

Rikka’s real name is Papipoporo Dulrikka.

She is a Colonel and Ace Pilot who crash-landed on Earth in a spaceship accident.

To blend in, she disguised herself as a student and uses her strange gadgets to erase memories of those around her.

She is waiting for her rescue while going to school and living among humans.

Rikka can erase and rewrite people’s memories with a special device that looks like a stuffed animal.

She also has wild alien powers, like:

• Turning other people (except Sekine) into space pigs.
• Giving humans special abilities, like changing gender when they touch Chiyo.
• Altering time and space to try to grant her friends’ wishes.

Her pink blood shows up when she gets hurt or is under stress.

Her antennas can release odd (chlorine-smelling) gas, and she sometimes uses them to cheat on tests by attaching eyes.

Powers from Earth’s psychics (like Sekine) do not work on her.

She is friends with Chiyo, Sekine, and Tsubasa at Kashihara Girls Academy.

Sekine, who has ESP, can read Rikka’s thoughts and is shocked by her wild ideas, but she is still under Rikka’s “brainwashing.”

Chiyo also suspects that Rikka isn’t an ordinary girl.

The other students are kept in the dark by Rikka’s memory device.

Everyday Life at School

Rikka tries to enjoy a normal middle school life with Chiyo, Sekine, and Tsubasa.

She joins in on their fun and games, acting the part of a happy student.

Trouble from Alien Powers

Rikka’s alien abilities often lead to crazy situations.

For example, she tries to solve problems by changing reality, like when she makes the ending of "The Seagull" different after her friends dislike it—but this accidentally swaps everyone’s genders except hers!

Keeping Her Secret

She constantly uses her memory device (which looks like a stuffed toy) to hide her true self and keep the others from discovering she’s an alien.

At times, her disguise slips, like when she gets sick and can’t hold her form, or when her pink blood leaks out.

Interactions with Sekine and Chiyo

Sekine, being psychic, can see through some of Rikka's plans, but her mind is still pushed towards admiring Rikka’s home planet ruler.

Chiyo has begun to doubt Rikka’s story and suspects something odd.

Name on Earth

Rikka never reveals a fake full name in the original story, but in an extra comic, she calls herself “Rikka Suzutayama.”

She chooses this name randomly, taking suggestions from Sekine.
