Satsuki's nephew (child of her brother). He is active as the popular beautiful girl net idol "AOI" but is actually a "boy." He is a second-year student at Seisen Middle School, the alma mater of Shirakawa and Kurosaki. His natural hair is short with a bluish tint, but when he acts as a net idol, he wears a blonde wig and dresses in childlike, fairy-tale frilly outfits, posing as a pure-hearted character. To prevent people from discovering his true identity, he uses the alias "Aoi Akanosuke" and claims to be Misaki's childhood friend.

He has a past where he was mocked and hurt for his interest in "cute things," and out of a sense of revenge, he wants to make those who once ridiculed him realize his cuteness. He tries to seduce Takumi but is discovered to be a boy by Misaki, leading to failure.

He has a parent (whom he refers to as a "lousy father") who denies his existence and value and throws away his clothes without permission, but he is determined to make even that father acknowledge him someday. He possesses a toughness and strength to stick to his own will, unafraid of loneliness or isolation. According to Nagisa, "his heart is truly that of a boy." He is likely short-tempered, as he often gets irritated.
