Morinosuke (摩理之介) belongs to a village of hunters. He wanted to bring down a rogue bear Masamune which had been infected by a strange mushroom virus and had been terrorizing villages. He felt personally responsible for the bear's current predicament as he kept the bear cub when it was orphaned at a young age, but abandoned it soon after due to villagers' objection.
