He is one of the six leaders, a large man with a scar on his face. He looks down on and belittles Mumei, treating her like a child, but is quickly defeated by her. In the final episode, after the battle with Biba Amatori, he welcomes Mumei and the others back with a smile, together with the members of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress.
