Laurent Claire

Celia's father. He is the current head of the esteemed Count Claire family, well-known in the world of magic. He dotes on his daughter, referring to her as "Celia-chan," and during the time that Rio was attending the Royal Academy, he brought in a plethora of marriage proposals for Celia, who had reached marriageable age, to her dismay.

The marriage proposal between Celia and Charles was reluctantly accepted due to pressure from Charles, but he was not enthusiastic about it. Upon reuniting with Celia, he strongly advocated that she would be better off remaining single for life rather than marrying Charles.
