Charles Arbor

The eldest son (second son in the web version) of the Duke of Arbor, former captain of the Royal Guards.

He lost his position as the captain after Flora was kidnapped and he tortured Rio, who had rescued her. He was completely defeated by Rio in a mock battle during their academy days.

Since Rio was banished from the kingdom, the Arbor family's power had been restored, and he was trying to force Celia to marry him, but Rio stopped him. He was secretly connected with Reiss and was being used by him. In Reiss's plan to capture Christina, Rio, who had overwhelmed Alfred and Rui, captured him and handed him over to Restration.
