A veteran male player who uses a large shield.

He is a big brother figure who is good at taking care of others. He happens to meet Maple and guides her to Iz's shop. He watches over Maple along with other players who are interested in her, setting up threads and occasionally providing information.

Having died over a thousand times, he is more skilled with a large shield than Maple and achieved 9th place in the 1st event. Initially, when he joined the [Maple Tree] at Maple's invitation, he was troubled by the thought that his shield performance was a downgraded version of Maple's. At the beginning of his guild membership, he used Iz-made equipment as one of the few "normal" members, but later obtained a unique series in the hidden dungeon [Grave of the Dead], which was unlocked by his number of deaths. Thanks to the performance of the unique equipment, he became a "Regen Shield" and stepped out of the "normal" category into the abnormal category.

Kuromu himself takes damage normally and his striking power is within the general range of a large shield, but as long as he doesn't die, he continuously recovers from damage with recovery skills. Even if he takes fatal damage, he has a 50% chance to endure it with [Dead or Alive] and continue recovering, making him an extremely difficult-to-defeat, seemingly immortal shield role. He often gets headaches from Maple's antics, but recently, Yui and Mai, who are being trained by Maple and Sally, have also started causing trouble, adding to his worries.

Necro

A monster in armor tamed by Kuromu. As an equipment type, its skills further enhance Kuromu's immortality. It can change forms to increase attack power, thus strengthening Kuromu in both offense and defense.
