Ryuuki

A male student from a delinquent high school, he is the leader of a delinquent group. He harbors hostility towards elites and has become accustomed to crime due to numerous misdeeds. He is also one of the people who witnessed Koro-sensei's appearance, but he remains unaware of his true nature. During a school trip, he and his companions (Toshi / voiced by Eiichiro Tokumoto, Hisashi / voiced by Junichi Yanagita, Makoto / voiced by Hiroki Goto) attacked Nagisa and his group while they were sightseeing, kidnapping Kayano and Kanzaki with the intent of committing a sexual crime, but they were thwarted by the timely intervention of Koro-sensei and Nagisa's group. Later, he visited Kunugigaoka Junior High during the school festival with the intent of seeking revenge against Class E, but was moved by the taste of their creative dishes and, along with his companions, was seduced by Irina's charms, ultimately contributing to Class E's sales. In "The Time of the Roster," the whereabouts of Ryuuki and his group are mentioned, which, like the backstories of other characters, serves as a foreshadowing for future story developments. Eventually, he establishes a tourism company centered around Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka.
