An elderly man in his seventies living on Akuareki Island. He was once the designer who developed the golf course on Hinonoshima, and he also owns a golf course on Akuareki Island. Previously, he worked as a professional golf photographer, but moved to Tokara to avoid crowds. He lives in a particularly remote part of Akuareki Island, which makes people think of him as a bit eccentric, but in reality, he is quite sociable. He also has a psychological and physical influence on Tonbo Ōi. The stage of Akuareki Island is most likely modeled after Akusekijima.
