Cien Granz

Arrancar No.100⇔No.0/Zero Espada (Cero Espada)

The 8th Espada, Zael Apollo Granz, and an Arrancar identical in appearance (note, he himself did not realize he was not Zael Apollo until taught by Mayuri Kurotsuchi).

The number 100 is faintly engraved in his left eye, and his name, Cien, is derived from this number.

His true identity is a mass of spirit particles that were an incomplete copy of Zael Apollo's memories and knowledge, left in the threads of Roca's counter-membrane, and formed by the threads of the counter-membrane. Cien himself was unconsciously avoiding the realization of this fact.

After learning his true identity, he had the Picaro collect data that Zael Apollo had discarded in his quest to become a perfect being, and began targeting Roca's life to obtain her counter-membrane threads.

Although he is a dead copy of Zael Apollo, once he became aware that he was not Zael Apollo, Cien began to show his own unique sensibilities and ego, eventually becoming a battle maniac who, contrary to Zael Apollo, believed like Zaraki Kenpachi that "there is value only in a fight where both parties risk their lives."

And the all-out battle with Zaraki Kenpachi raised his spiritual pressure to levels said by Uryuu Ishida to be "comparable to a hollowfied Ichigo."

Resurrección: "Fornicarás"

While it is a Resurrección form similar to Zael Apollo's, the combat abilities have increased tremendously due to receiving the data collected by the Picaro that Zael Apollo had discarded.

Furthermore, when all the data is collected, the wings on his back transform into giant butterfly-like wings with eyes, and the number 100 in his eye changes to 0.

His combat ability, which is not an exaggeration to say is at the peak of the original Zael Apollo, appears to surpass even Yami Llargo in his released state.

Release command: "Sip, 'Fornicarás'"

Technique "Gran Rey Cero"

Used after release. It can be fired from both hands, mouth, or the tips of tentacles, and can also be fired simultaneously.
