Minoura is a veteran among police officers.

For example, he guessed that Q’s ability was about to activate just from his instincts.

Helping Ranpo During Crisis

When the group known as “The Decay of Angels” falsely accused the Detective Agency, things became really tough for Ranpo Edogawa and his friends.

Ranpo tried to take over a press conference, and got arrested.

Minoura remembered all the good things Ranpo had done before.

He believed in Ranpo’s innocence and even helped him escape from jail.

Name Origin

Minoura’s name might come from the main character in the novel "The Demon of the Lonely Island" by Ranpo Edogawa.
