Kisaki is a man of average height, with gray eyes, and blonde hair (dyed). He also sports glasses and an earring on his left ear. In his first appearance, his hair is cut to a crew cut and shaved hair art on the right side of his head. As a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, his hair is cut in an undercut and he wears the usual Toman uniform.

Originally, Kisaki was a fair skinned male with black hair, but tanned his skin and dyed his hair upon becoming a delinquent. In all alternate futures, Kisaki returns to his normal skin coloration, while his hair is now light golden brown parted to the side. He wears a business suit in all of these futures as well.

Tetta Kisaki is a fairly short boy with glasses, always looking neat and careful in his appearance.

Kisaki is careful, manipulative, and extremely intelligent.

He doesn’t like getting his own hands dirty and uses other people as pawns in his plans.

He hates losing and is ready to do anything to reach his goals, often ignoring the pain or lives of others.

He believes he is like the "moon," unable to shine alone, so he seeks out people like Manjirou Sano, who is like the "sun," to help him stand out.

However, Kisaki only sees others as tools, even the people he admires or needs.

As a child, Kisaki was known as a genius but did not get along well with others and was often seen as gloomy and lonely.

At a cram school, he developed a crush on Hinata Tachibana, who was kind to him.

When he saw Hinata fall in love with Takemichi Hanagaki after Takemichi saved her from bullies, Kisaki was heartbroken.

This made him want to be the top delinquent in Japan to win Hinata's heart and to defeat Takemichi.

Kisaki’s main strength is his sharp mind and careful planning.

He’s not good at fighting—he once managed to knock Takemichi out but is weak when it comes to defending himself and panics when facing real threats.

Instead, Kisaki excels at controlling situations and making sure things go his way, often preparing backup plans.

He is a master manipulator, able to make people do what he wants by threatening or tricking them.

Kisaki’s First Moves

Kisaki first acted as a member of the gang "Moebius," secretly working with Nobutaka Osanai to create conflict with the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman).

He manipulated other members and nearly got Ken Ryuuguuji killed to create a gap in Toman’s leadership, hoping to step in.

Rising Through Toman

After failing to destroy Toman from the outside, Kisaki joins Toman as the new Third Division Captain, bringing Shuuji Hanma with him.

He starts working to take over Toman from within, plotting behind the scenes during several gang wars.

Planning "Bloody Halloween"

Kisaki works with Hanma to start the "Bloody Halloween" conflict, using Kazutora Hanemiya to kill Keisuke Baji, hoping this chain of events will give him more power inside Toman.

His plan is stopped by Takemichi and friends, but Kisaki still manages to stay close to the top of Toman.

Manipulating Black Dragons and "Tenjiku"

Kisaki tries to use Taiju Shiba’s gang Black Dragons through manipulation, setting up violence inside the Shiba family by giving Yuzuha Shiba a knife to kill her brother Taiju.

When Mikey learns about Kisaki’s true motives, Kisaki is kicked out of Toman and joins "Tenjiku," quickly becoming its chief strategist beside Izana Kurokawa.

He pushes Tenjiku into all-out war with Toman, escalates violence, and orchestrates the murder of Emma Sano, breaking Mikey’s spirit.

Fall of Kisaki and His Death

Despite Kisaki’s best efforts, Takemichi, Chifuyu Matsuno, and their friends foil his schemes countless times.

During the "Kanto Incident," as his plans fall apart, Kisaki tries to kill Takemichi when his secrets are revealed.

He confesses that he always loved Hinata and couldn't accept Takemichi being her hero.

Chased by Takemichi, Kisaki is hit by a truck and dies in fear.

His last moments are spent seeing Takemichi, the person he always tried to surpass.

New Timeline

In a new timeline, Kisaki is made a founding member of Toman thanks to Takemichi’s time travel, erasing the past events that made him so evil.

Now, instead of being an enemy, he becomes vice president of the "TK&KO Group," working alongside Seishuu Inui as a comedy duo.

• Kisaki is always calm but loses control when his plans fall apart, showing his true weakness.
• Even after his death, fans are impressed by how he managed to manipulate the strongest people around him, especially Mikey.

Kisaki is known for his twisted respect for Takemichi, calling him "my hero."

He lived his whole life driven by jealousy and the desire to win Hinata’s heart.

Even though he acted like the villain, his story is also about a boy who lost his way because of unreturned love.
