Lico

Lico is a woman with fluffy fox ears and a fox tail. She has silver hair tied in a short bob at the back. In her true form, she is a small, fluffy fox.

Her main outfit is the uniform of the Asura Café, and sometimes she uses her fox magic to change her clothes by transforming leaves.

Lico is usually gentle and friendly but doesn't read the room well. She speaks in a soft Kansai dialect, which gives her sentences a unique, warm feeling.

She is very honest about her feelings and desires, even if they make others uncomfortable.

Lico freely teases or gets too familiar with people, sometimes causing trouble but never feeling guilty about it.

Underneath her friendly side, she can be harsh and even violent if pushed, especially when someone she cares about is hurt.

She likes people who are easy for her to get along with, and she sometimes confuses friendship with romance.

Lico is a fox spirit called a huli jing and a veteran "mystic" in the city. She lost her family to hunger when she was a child, then had to keep moving and hiding from magical girls, leading a tough life.

About 10 years before the story, Sakura Chiyoda brought Lico to the city right before the Asura Café opened. She has worked there ever since alongside Shirosawa, the café manager.

Before coming to the city, Lico worked at a diner run by the grandfather of Kogyoku.

Lico has powerful fox spirit magic.

• She is great at making meals with magic, adding her feelings into her dishes.
• Her food is so delicious it is almost addictive, and always heals and comforts, making the café busy.
• Eating too much of her food will make people hyper and forget things for a day.
• If she puts too much magic in, her food glows and could even make a normal person faint.
• She can shapeshift and use leaves to make clothes.
• She knows a lot about healing herbs.
• She can cast a super-strong spell to make outfits unbreakable.
• She has an attack called "Super Leaf Cutter" that she can use 25 times a month.
• She is a veteran at fighting magical girls and can easily beat many of them.

Shirosawa

Lico sees Shirosawa, the café manager, as very important—almost like a partner or beloved pet. She often teases him, sometimes calling herself his girlfriend, but he only thinks of her as a stray fox who moved in.

When Shirosawa was in danger, Lico lost control with anger, showing how much she truly cares.

Sakura Chiyoda

Sakura helped Lico and brought her to the city, changing her life forever.

Momo Chiyoda and the Others

Lico thinks Momo is her friend, even though they don't really get along. She considers herself friends with others in the city, though her actions can annoy or trouble them.

Life at Asura Café

Lico works as both waitress and chef at Asura Café, attracting crowds with her magical, healing food. Her dishes are so packed with magic that regulars get hooked and keep coming back. Sometimes, her food causes fun chaos—people forget things for a day, or the fridge acts weird because of the magic.

Tricky Past and Magic Fights

In her past, Lico was hunted by magical girls and had to fight them many times. She doesn't even remember some of the enemies she made. Her experienced magic skills make her both a helpful friend and a wild card in tough situations.

Sakuras and New Home

Lico came to the city ten years ago with Sakura Chiyoda, right before the café opened. Since then, she's supported the café and its people as both magical and emotional backup.

Chaos with Shirosawa and Love Trouble

Lico sees Shirosawa as her most special person, sometimes calling him her boyfriend. But Shirosawa never sees her the same way—he says she's just a stray fox who sticks around. In one story, Lico even tries to act more "girlfriend-like" after getting jealous, but her comic plans usually fail.

She has also been upset after seeing Shirosawa spend time with a female tapir at the zoo. Her jealousy can make her act wild, trying to sabotage their date, but she is always stopped by friends.
