Character Introduction

Edit
Born on July 12, 1985 (1988 in the anime version). Blood type is AB. Likes intelligent men, dislikes unintelligent women.
Part One
18 - 19 years old. Height 166 cm, weight 44 kg.
A student at To-Oh University. One of Light's girlfriends (according to classmates, "Takada confessed to him").
A talented and beautiful woman, so much so that she is called "Miss To-Oh" by those around her. She has a high pride. She is also a Kira supporter. Some students call her "Pure Takada." Light dated many women as a camouflage to cover up his contact with Misa, the second Kira, and she was one of them (besides her, Light was in relationships with Yuri, Shiho, Emi, Mayu, and others).
Part Two
24 years old.
After graduating from university, she became an announcer for the news program "NEWS9" on the public TV station NHN. She gained popularity, ranking second among female announcers. Her nickname is "Takky."
Unable to forget Light, she was chosen by Kira, who called himself "T" (Teru Mikami, with whom she had a professional relationship), as the new spokesperson for Kira after Demegawa, who was too self-serving, was purged.
She harbors a sense of rivalry against Misa over Light, thinking she is not suitable for him (at one point in the story, she even urged Light to kill Misa).
She is worshipped by Kira supporters as the "Goddess of the New World," and as a spokesperson, she has many Kira supporter bodyguards, to the extent that Lester remarked she had more than the U.S. President.
According to Near, she is "just a fool with good grades." In reality, she was suspected by members of the Japanese Task Force and was used by Light to communicate with Mikami when he was unable to move freely. She was also made to judge criminals using a piece of the Death Note. Even when she realized that Misa was the second Kira and that her current position was the same as Misa's, she conveniently interpreted it as being chosen. After cooperating, she expressed her Kira worship, which she had previously kept in check, as her own opinion (Near called it "blatant stupidity").
On January 26, 2010 (2013 in the anime version), she was kidnapped by Mello after being led by Lidner, who had infiltrated as a bodyguard, following Matt's tear gas attack. She killed Mello with a hidden piece of the notebook and judged as many criminals as possible under Light's instructions. However, her name and cause of death were written as self-immolation in the notebook by Light and Mikami to destroy evidence of Kira. As a result, she set fire to a truck near a church in Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture, and committed suicide, being found as a charred body along with Mello. This death became the key to deciding the long-standing battle between Kira and L.
In the special "Rewrite 2: L's Successor," she knows that Mikami is X-Kira and is also a notebook owner, possessing the "Shinigami Eyes."
Live-action film version
Appears from the second part. She is already working as a newscaster when Light is a university student. She has no acquaintance with Light, and her appearance and personality are significantly different. She works at Sakura TV, not NHN, like Demegawa. She feels frustrated after Saeko Nishiyama takes her position as the main newscaster. Because of this, she is appointed as the third Kira by Rem (taking the role of Yotsuba Kira from the original). Unlike Yotsuba Kira in the original, she is given Jealous's notebook. After being deceived by a fake report by Light and L and detained, her name is written on a hidden piece of the notebook by Light, who regains his memory after touching the notebook, and she dies of a heart attack.
