Frank Besson

Frank Besson is a high-ranking member of the mafia who frequently visits Japan to conduct deals with the yakuza. However, he secretly harbors a strong dislike for Japanese people and looks down on them. His love for his younger sister, Muriel Besson, is extremely intense, to the extent that he considers "making Muriel cry" the most unforgivable crime, followed by "disappointing Muriel" as another serious offense. Frank is deeply overprotective of his sister and will show no mercy to anyone who makes her cry, going so far as to exact revenge. Therefore, he was enraged by the attitude Masamune Makabe and his friends showed toward his sister, and, accompanied by his subordinates, he threatened them and forced them to serve as models for his sister's manga. Furthermore, in conversations with Muriel, he openly insults Masamune and his friends as "damn Japanese."
