Chisaki Miyazaki is one of the heroines of Yuuna and the Haunted Hot Springs.

She first appears from Episode 4, when the story begins focusing on locations outside Yuragi Inn.

Unlike most major characters in the series, Chisaki does not live at Yuragi Inn and has no supernatural powers of her own.

Because of that, she appears especially often in school-centered episodes.

She is the only non-Yuragi Inn character listed as a main character on the official websites for the manga, anime, and game versions.

The cause turned out to be Koyuzu Shigaraki, a young girl from the bake-danuki clan.

Through this incident, Chisaki became connected not only to Kogarashi but also to Koyuzu and, more precisely, to her own mother Hiyori Miyazaki.

Chisaki does not show prejudice toward ghosts or yokai.

Because of this open-mindedness, she gradually forms good relationships with the residents of Yuragi Inn.

At first, Chisaki could not see or hear Yuuna directly.

However, because Yuuna could touch physical objects, the two communicated by writing messages.

Later, during the attack by Oga Makyouin, Koyuzu possessed Chisaki, raising her spiritual power.

This allowed her to see Yuuna's form and speak with her normally without relying on written notes.

Because of the lingering effects of that possession, Chisaki eventually becomes able to see ghosts even when Koyuzu is no longer possessing her.

She later confesses her feelings to Yuuna and Harumu Yumesaki.

Seri Yanagisawa and Shion also support her efforts to pursue her love for Kogarashi.

During the second day of the school trip, Chisaki experiences a prophetic dream caused by the powers of Ryuzan and Harumu Yumesaki.

She informs Yuuna that Yakuto is trying to seal Kogarashi's spiritual powers with a crystal orb.

Thanks to this warning, the group avoids a tragic future in which Kogarashi loses his powers and Yuuna passes on.

The other five girls in love with Kogarashi are grateful to Chisaki for helping prevent that outcome.

On the final day of the school trip, Kogarashi takes Chisaki alone on a Ferris wheel.

He begins calling her by her given name, and she starts affectionately calling him "Ko-kun" instead of using his family name.

In Chapter 47, heavy snow prevents Kogarashi from returning to Yuragi Inn, and he ends up staying overnight at Chisaki's home.

This episode further reveals how sensitive she is to the gaze of the opposite sex.
