His true identity is the director of the reality show "Can We Destroy the Earth? 2" (commonly known as "Metsukana"), produced by Television Universe. He is the mastermind pulling the strings behind the series of monster incidents that occurred at Maynan High School. His subordinate is Zundar.
In fact, he previously attempted to conquer Earth as part of a past project for this program, but his plan was halted due to the intervention of Gōra Hakone. This time marks his second attempt at this challenge.
