His combat power was enough to annihilate the patrol team of "Honesty" and drive Soujirou and Akatsuki to death.

Normally, if an adventurer or "Land Person" commits violence in the city, they would be immediately captured by the guard's surveillance network. However, by wearing the powered armor, he made it undetectable for murder acts. However, Riese, who inferred from the flavor text of Byakumaru and knew its additional effects, formed a raid group centered around female adventurers called "Maiden of Water Maple."
