Gaston

After the Hundred Years' War ends, Gaston fulfills his dream of opening a tailor shop. However, upon hearing about the hardships befalling the Band of the Hawk, he decides to rejoin the group.

Like many of the raiding party members, Gaston respects and admires Guts even more than Griffith. Following Griffith's rescue, Gaston declares that he wants to travel and act alongside Guts.

During the chaotic "Eclipse," Gaston loses his left arm but manages to find Guts and has a heartfelt conversation, sharing his feelings. Tragically, Gaston is killed when an Apostle crushes his head.

In the movie adaptation, Gaston's final conversation with Guts is omitted, and he is already dead when Guts discovers him.
