A special grade jujutsu sorcerer.

A carefree and cheerful woman who sometimes laughs loudly. She approaches men she meets for the first time by asking about their taste in women. Despite being affiliated with the high technical college, she refers to Tengen by name without honorifics. She refers to herself as "I".

She considers the high technical college's policy of only hunting cursed spirits as "symptomatic treatment" and believes it does not fundamentally solve the problem of cursed spirit damage. She travels the world to create a world without curses through "causal treatment" that prevents the emergence of cursed spirits. On the other hand, she is also known as a "good-for-nothing" who wanders abroad without accepting any missions. She rides a motorcycle when traveling.

Her technique involves giving herself a virtual mass called "Star's Wrath (Bombaye)." She is accompanied by a shikigami called "Garuda (Houou)," which is the only target other than herself that she can apply her technique to. She has mastered domain expansion, but the details are unknown.

She was once a star plasma vessel and has met Tengen once. She holds many mysteries, such as not letting the jujutsu headquarters have information about her technique. She met Aoi Todo when he was in the third grade of elementary school and played a significant role in him becoming a jujutsu sorcerer.

In 2007, when she visited the jujutsu high technical college, she spoke with Naoya, who was a third-year student at the time. During that time, Naoya, who had begun to doubt the protection of non-sorcerers, said, "To create a world without curses, we could just kill all the non-sorcerers," to which she casually agreed and told him, "It's up to you whether you choose to be true to the part of yourself that looks down on non-sorcerers or the part that denies it." Finally, she told Naoya that "Tengen is stable for some reason even after the death of the star plasma vessel (Riko Amanai)," and then left the high technical college.

At the end of the Shibuya Incident, she appeared before Yuuji Itadori and the fake Naoya, ordered her subordinates to protect the injured jujutsu sorcerers, and engaged in combat with the fake Naoya. She continued the conversation she had started with Naoya in the past, but the confrontation ended without resolution due to the retreat of the fake Naoya's group.
