Gouki Saga

Head of the Saga family. Known as the strongest samurai in the Kingdom of Karasuki, a master of spirit techniques and bearing the nickname "Demon God," his fame resounds throughout the nation and neighboring countries, having slain countless formidable foes on the battlefield.

He learns from a letter received from Yuba that Rio is the son of Zen and Ayame, and guides him to the royal castle. Later, by the king's command, he fights Rio and is defeated. Witnessing Rio's strength firsthand, he offers to accompany Rio on his journey of revenge, but is refused after Rio demonstrates his ability to fly.

He was a former guard for Princess Ayame and a colleague of Zen, but regrets not being able to accompany Ayame when she left the country because Kayoko was pregnant at the time. Immediately after Rio's departure, he follows Rio with Kayoko, Komomo, their retainers, and Shin and Sayo.

Two years later, he reunites with Rio in the village of spirits and offers to serve him as a vassal, and is allowed to accompany him as a comrade or family member.

During Rio's absence, when the Kingdom of Galarc is suddenly attacked and in a critical situation, he rushes to help with Kayoko using Aerial from Orphia.

He uses a sword forged by Dominique.
