Character Introduction
EditThe sole god of the world "Disboard," where everything is decided by games. He appears as a boy with eyes that reflect the shapes of playing card suits and wears a hunting cap patterned like a chessboard. Bored with the sixteen races that never set the conditions to challenge him to a game, he summoned the sibling duo Sora and Shiro, who were known as the urban legend "Blank" in the online world of another dimension, to Disboard.
Once called the "God of Play," he is the last and "weakest" of the divine spirits, born from the belief and wishes of just two people after the manifestation of the "Star Grail" in the final stages of the "Great War." He obtained the "Star Grail," became the sole god, and declared the "Ten Pledges," transforming the world into one where everything is decided by games.
During the "Great War," he bestowed the name "Imanity" upon the human race, which was once a nameless species, in recognition of their great achievement of learning, gaining resistance, and never ceasing to resist, ultimately ending the futile and meaningless war.
The "Star Grail" that Tet possesses is literally "omnipotent," capable of easily creating any future (result). While all divine spirits can use future sight to some extent due to their intrinsic powers, Tet has stated, "Has anything good ever come from seeing the future?" and adheres to a "no spoilers" policy, proudly boasting his good taste.
He can become other races by restricting his power, but it seems his physiology changes as well. When he became a human, he collapsed after going without food and sleep for several days.
