Aisslinger Wernarr

The Arrancar who serves as the guardian of Area 22 in Las Noches. No.17.

He first appeared during the Substitute Shinigami Arc, where he performed the Arrancar transformation surgery on Grand Fisher under Di Roy's supervision, but his main appearance is from the Arrancar Arc.

He wears a mask resembling a bird's head and has thin hands like vine plants or bird's feet, making him appear more inhuman compared to other Arrancars.

According to himself, he "abandoned his human form to gain power."

Additionally, for unknown reasons, he does not possess a Zanpakuto. (If he deliberately chose not to transform it into a sword, it might be interpreted as being in a constant Resurrección form.)

Initially, he fought against Chad and overwhelmed him with speed, but was defeated by Uryuu Ishida, who took over the battle.

Later, he was caught in the collapse of the underground passage along with Demoura, and his whereabouts became unknown.
