The Minister of Finance of Marden appears from the first volume of the story. He is the leader of the foreign faction, having been hired from abroad, and is known as a classic sycophant. Using crafty words, he deceived King Marden Fushutale, made the profits from the gold mines his own, and enriched himself. He schemed by dispatching Drawood and other plots, but when Cabalinu took advantage of his carelessness and attacked, he opened the gates of the royal capital, which ultimately led to Marden’s early downfall.
Afterwards, he comes to serve Cabalinu. In volume three, he takes on the role of messenger to Natra. However, he is also involved in General Levert’s conspiracy, and in the end, he meets his fate by being killed by Zeno, arranged by Wein Salema Arbalest.
