Keigo's sister looks just like him. She always bosses Keigo around.

She seems to love monks, and took a liking to Ikkaku, whom Keigo brought along, calling him "Darling."

She was the 24th student council president of Karakura First High School. She was the one who appointed Ishida as the student council president because he "looked like a student council president" (from the novel "The Death Save The Strawberry").

In the anime version, her interactions with Ikkaku increased, and she treated him quite roughly when he wore a wig.
