Ken Miyamae

Nozaki's male editor. He is 27 years old, stands 171 centimeters tall, was born on September 22, and has blood type A. His favorite food is salmon. He is unsociable and shows little interest in anything outside of work, and he dislikes conversation. This makes him appear cool to Nozaki, who is extremely fond of him. He is serious about his work, responding quickly to emails and providing reasonable comments to Nozaki. He is one of the few sensible people in the editorial department. He tends to gain weight due to stress, especially during periods when he is associated with Maeno, a long-time acquaintance from his student days. When their relationship ends, he becomes slim again. After starting work, he ended up in the same workplace as Maeno, which increased his stress and caused him to gain weight again. He had a girlfriend in high school, and they bonded over their mutual dislike of Maeno. He is quite poor at drawing. When he submitted a cover illustration idea to Nozaki, it was mistaken for a joke. He often takes over Maeno's duties, and as a result, many manga artists admire Miyamae.
