Matsuo

A man with glasses who has an intellectual appearance. He excels at data analysis, but is only able to provide a fixed probability of 99.8% for any scenario. He is also known by the alias "Matsuo of the Four Heavenly Kings." However, he has no combat ability and was instantly defeated by Shinpachi Shimura and Kotarou Katsura. In the Shogun Assassination Arc, he was the only one among the Shinobi 5 who did not appear.
