In the past, Uruka was targeted by a ghoul beauty stylist.

She was saved by Arima and his friends during this attack.

Afterward, Uruka grows closer to Arima and Fura, deciding to participate in the investigation of "Lantern."

However, Uruka Minami’s true nature is far more complex.

It is ultimately revealed that she herself is actually the ghoul "Lantern."

She attempts to ambush Kishou Arima, but he had already discovered her secret.

As a result, Uruka is defeated by Arima in their confrontation.

Uruka possesses the Ukaku-type kagune, specifically a tail-shaped form, which is her most distinctive feature.

Her rating is considered A+.

She is suggested to have had interactions with Yakumo Oomori, indicating she was more connected to the ghoul world than initially apparent.

Following her defeat, Uruka Minami’s kagune is processed into a Quinque.
