Bless Minister is responsible for presiding over the formal inquisition to determine Mash’s fate.

He intends to follow the established laws of the magical world, the same strict framework upheld by Orter Mádl.

Under these laws, a person who cannot use magic is to be executed, and Bless initially plans to have Mash put to death.
