Bacteria are single-celled organisms that come in many types, and some of them can harm humans. These Bacteria often appear in anime and manga as scary monsters or villains. They often have funny conversations and battles with the cells inside the human body. Each type of Bacteria has its own way of invading, causing trouble, and fighting against the body’s defenders, like Neutrophil and other immune cells. Their roles are unique and sometimes even comedic, making them fun to watch in stories about the human body.
Bacteria are shown in many forms, often as colorful, human-like creatures with special features.
For example, Haien Kyuukin (Pneumococcus) is thin and purple with clawed tentacles.
Kiiro Budou Kyuukin (Staphylococcus Aureus) sometimes combines with others to become even bigger.
Many Bacteria are normal residents in or on the human body, but some can cause sickness if they get into the wrong place or if the body is weak.
Others can come from outside, like from dirty food or injuries.
Each Bacteria type has its own favorite way of causing trouble inside the body.
Different Bacteria have different powers:
- Some attack Erythroblast (Red Blood Cell babies).
- Others sneak in through wounds.
- Some work together with other Bacteria to become stronger.
Almost all fight the body's defenders, like Neutrophil, but are usually defeated if the immune system is strong.
Bacteria have tricky relationships with other cells.
They often try to hurt or trick General Cells, Red Blood Cells, or even team up with other bad Bacteria.
But they are almost always chased off or beaten by Neutrophil and their immune friends.
- Many Bacteria have voice actors who bring out their funny or scary personalities.
- They often show up in key episodes, making battles exciting and sometimes silly.
