Kawashita Makoto

On the surface, he is a doctor, acting as the director of the Kawashita Clinic, but his true identity is a senior member of the Dandelion. He has a tattoo on his left neck, a mark of the Dandelion members.

He developed "Ha-zakura," an imitation of "Somei-nin," which is the source of power for the Yozakura bloodline, and administers it to the Dandelion members to enhance them. He is also the mastermind behind the plot to kill the Taiyo family by staging a traffic accident.
