Rouge's buddy. 23 years old. A special investigator for a government agency that manages Neans, referred to as the "Department of Truth." She is a self-proclaimed military enthusiast and a big eater. When unable to accompany Rouge, she communicates with him using a bird-shaped communicator. In reality, she is also a Nean, a being created by visitors known as the "First." However, she dislikes being called the "First."
