Occupation: Agricultural Specialist
One of the heroines of the story, she is a social studies teacher at Hajime's school (not a homeroom teacher).
Although she is 25 years old, she has a youthful appearance that makes her look like she is in her early teens, and she is affectionately called "Aiko-chan" or "Miss Aiko" by her students. However, she aims to be a dignified teacher. Due to her experiences in Japan, she has a low self-esteem regarding her appearance and is unaware of the affection from David and other temple knights.
Even after being summoned to another world, she prioritizes her students above all and vehemently protests against the church priests who try to put her students in danger. Although not suited for combat, her abilities were significant enough to transform the world's food situation, leading her to work on improving and developing farmland in various rural and undeveloped areas. Later, she is revered as the "Goddess of Fertility" by the people.
She was deeply shocked to hear that Hajime had fallen into the abyss, but she coincidentally reunites with him in the town of Ur. While she is glad he is alive, she is confused by his drastically changed appearance but still treats him as a student. She gives Hajime a serious lecture as his teacher in Ur, which becomes a turning point for Hajime, who had been leading a "lonely life" until then. However, she also understands her own powerlessness and contradictions in sending her student Hajime to the battlefield while prioritizing the safety of her students.
During the battle in the town of Ur, Hajime uses her name, "Goddess of Fertility," to greatly boost the morale of their allies. After the battle, she tries to persuade Shimizu, who had defected to the Majin tribe, but is taken hostage by a poison needle attack and protected from a Majin tribe's Wraith attack by Shia. She nearly dies from the poison but is saved by Hajime, who administers a divine water mouth-to-mouth. She asks Hajime to save the dying Shimizu, but ends up feeling distrust towards Hajime when he instead finishes Shimizu off, though she eventually sees through his clumsy kindness and feels relieved. However, she soon becomes flustered by the mouth-to-mouth and his parting words, and starts to agonize over the relationship between teacher and student.
After returning to the royal capital, she protests against the church and the king who try to label Hajime as a heretic, but it is enforced anyway. Just as she is about to reveal the truth of the world taught by Hajime to her students, she is kidnapped by Noint and imprisoned in Kamiyama, but is rescued by Hajime. In the subsequent battle at Kamiyama, she accidentally blows up the headquarters while intending to only destroy the barrier with her abilities, which leads to her and Hajime's group being recognized by the Seven Great Labyrinths of Kamiyama and learning soul magic.
Indirectly, she feels crushed by the fact that she has killed church officials like Ishtar, but Hajime asks her to bear the guilt so that he, who lost his humanity at the bottom of the abyss, might one day remember what it is to be human. From this point, she begins to harbor clear feelings for Hajime. By the time of the final battle, she no longer hides her feelings, and it becomes an unspoken secret among the students. She also starts to frequently quarrel with Liliyana, who also develops feelings for Hajime, perhaps because they are in similar positions despite the significant age difference.
