Arsène Lupin

A French phantom thief who mainly targets artworks and jewels. His base is "The Hollow Needle (Aiguille Creuse)." As he calls himself a "gentleman thief," he dislikes killing and successfully pulls off thefts with his exceptional disguise skills and acting ability, leading Holmes to describe him as the "Leonardo da Vinci of crime." His true appearance is that of a handsome young man with blonde hair, in his mid-20s. Although his abilities are strictly within human limits, he is extremely dexterous and once overwhelmed the half-human, half-demon Tsugaru using countless marbles as weapons. After the battle for the "Second to Last Night," he heads to Germany and announces his next crime in Munich, becoming interested in Nora, who pickpocketed his wallet.
