Shouko Ieiri

A doctor at the Jujutsu High School, 28 years old. She is a contemporary of Satoru Gojou and Kento Nanami. She is one of the few who can heal wounds using the Reverse Cursed Technique and obtained her medical license after graduating from the high school. She was eager to dissect Yuuji Itadori's body after his death in the juvenile detention incident to investigate why he could withstand deadly poisons, and showed a slightly eccentric side by expressing "a bit of disappointment" when Yuuji was resurrected. However, she also showed kindness by reassuring Yuuji, who unknowingly killed modified humans created by Mahito, telling him that their death was due to "shock from their bodies being altered."

As of 2006, she was a second-year student at Jujutsu High School and had already mastered healing techniques. She was classmates with Satoru Gojou and Kento Nanami, and was also close to Iori. In 2007, after advancing to her third year, she encountered Nanami in Shinjuku and then contacted Gojou. During the Shibuya Incident arc, she was protected by Yaga while treating the injured in the rear.
