Hiiragi Suzune is a twelve-year-old girl with a weak heart who has been living in a hospital. One day, Hideaki Kanehira visits to handle an insurance payment and informs her of her father's death, which shocks her deeply. Later, Rein Kashiwagi comes to visit her and tells her about "D Game," which sparks Suzune's curiosity. While investigating, Suzune inadvertently asks her attending physician, Amagasa, about Darwin's Game. Amagasa deceives her and forcibly involves her in Darwin's Game. Fortunately, with the help of Ryūji Maesaka and Sui, she is rescued and now lives at the Danjou Boxing Club.
After awakening to her Sigil, her heart disease was cured, but she is unable to fully control her abilities, so she still has animal ears and a tail. Her Sigil, "Mag Mell," allows her to transform her body into that of a beast and is highly versatile. She can change her hands into beast-like claws and even grow sensory horns from her forehead to sense her surroundings.
