Sun is a main character in Relayer. She is the Starchild of the Sun, the red star in the Milky Way Solar System. Formally a Pilot in the United Earth Government Armed Forces, she's now the Current Squad Leader aboard the Asterism, leading the other Starchildren into battle against the Relayers thanks to her title and background. Sun seeks to defeat the Relayers in order to avenge her fallen military comrades.
Her Personal Steller Gear is Amaterasu, a Tank Type Gear.
Sun is an adult woman with long red hair tied into a ponytail with her bangs covering her right eye and has brownish red eyes.
She primarily wears the female Asterism Uniform with the tie and inside of the jacket being red like Himiko's, although Sun's colors is a lighter shade of red. She also wears full leggings on her uniform.
