One of the Numbers. 18 years old. Originally a marquess's daughter from the Midgar Kingdom nobility. Uncommonly for a human, she manifested demonic possession, which led to her being persecuted and erased from existence, but she was saved and treated by Shadow Garden. She is skilled in disguise and torture.

She usually works as a staff member at Mitsugoshi Commerce, and occasionally disguises herself as a student to infiltrate the Midgar Kingdom Magic Swordsman Academy to report the situation to Cid. She is also assigned the role of a covert operative and errand runner directly under Shadow, acting on Shadow's instructions in place of the busy No. 7.

In the TV anime version, in Season 2 Episode 5, Alpha, not knowing Gamma's age (17 years old and younger than herself) or perhaps thinking it was not an issue of age, inadvertently asked "Huh?" when she mentioned the age. In Season 2 Episode 8, she is seen interrogating Hyoro and Jaga in a yakuza-like tone.

The first human treated in "Master of Garden," her real name is Nicoletta Marquez.
