Rin Tsubokura

A boy who loves sweets and is always munching on something. He is recognizable by his topknot hairstyle.

He is the lowest-ranking member of the Technology Development Bureau and has a timid personality. Because of this, he is often underestimated by those around him, frequently scolded by people like Hiyosu, and sometimes even has his own sweets eaten without permission. He has his own plate marked with "Tsubokura" for eating sweets.

In the Thousand-Year Blood War arc, he was manipulated by Pepe and ended up stabbing Hiyosu.

In the second DS game, his body was taken over.

In the anime, he was sent to the human world once along with Hanataro in an original episode. Because he looks similar to Hanataro, there was a joke about it in the anime preview.
