Fujishige Iba is a veteran investigator who was once the superior of Yukinori Shinohara, Akira Mado, and Takeomi Kuroiwa.
He is well recognized for his expertise, especially as an experienced user of the Ukaku-type quinque.
During a past battle against the Owl, Fujishige Iba had his dominant arm severed. As a result of this major injury, he retired from his duties as an investigator.
