The homeroom teacher of Class 2-2 at the middle school that Nadeko Sengoku attends appears in "Nadeko Medusa." This teacher fails to respond appropriately to the tensions within the class that arise due to the "charm" spread by Kaiki Deishū, depicted in "Nadeko Snake." He demonstrates a lack of responsibility, such as by pushing the burden of solving the problem onto Nadeko Sengoku, who is the class representative. When Nadeko Sengoku transforms and furiously berates him, he is merely flustered and unable to take any action.
