At 25 years old, Mizusawa works as a high school counselor and is known for her youthful, girlish appearance, earning her the affectionate nickname "Omizu." Kyo Sogoru is also one of the students who receives counseling from her.
Mizusawa harbors special feelings for Sen'ichi Kurashige. On the night of the summer festival, she visits Kurashige during his night shift, and together they watch the fireworks. Gradually, she opens her heart to his feelings. At the end of summer break, Mizusawa accepts Kurashige’s proposal and becomes engaged to him.
Although she never awakened as a Celebrant, Mizusawa begins to notice that something feels off about the world she inhabits. In the film "Zegapain ADP," there is a particular loop where she becomes aware of the reality of her world, but she still does not awaken as a Celebrant. After a reset, she loses all memory of these events.
