Ishii

The woman survivor whom Chito and Yuuri met after Kanazawa. She lived in an old air force base and was building an airplane on her own based on past records. In exchange for providing Chito and the others with food and a bath, she had them help with the airplane construction, which they completed. She took off aiming for another city visible in the distance, but soon after, the airplane disintegrated in mid-air, so she escaped with a parachute and descended to the lower levels.
