Ishii is a female survivor Chito and Yuuri meet after leaving Kanazawa in Girls' Last Tour. She lives alone in an old air force base, trying to build an airplane from blueprints she found. Ishii offers food and a bath to Chito and Yuuri in exchange for their help building the plane. Together, they complete the aircraft, and Ishii attempts to fly to another city. Unfortunately, the airplane breaks apart in midair, but Ishii escapes safely with a parachute and descends to a lower layer, smiling despite her failure. Afterward, Chito and Yuuri continue their journey west, just as Ishii suggested.

Ishii explains that she wants to escape the city before power and water stop working.

She becomes the “last aviator of humanity” as the girls watch her take off.
The Flight and the Fall
Ishii’s airplane takes off, but soon falls apart in the air.
She jumps out with a parachute, landing safely in the lower layer.
Even though her plan did not work, Ishii smiles, accepting how things turned out.

After watching Ishii descend, Chito and Yuuri head off to the “food production facility in the west” that Ishii told them about.
