Kondo is an engineer at Takahara Academy. He is often seen with Nobuo Shimazaki, with whom he gets on very well.
During the Self-Defense Forces attack, he joined Yuuko Aoshima's camp with Nobuo to implement the Noah Plan. With Nobuo, they join Baba and take care of Maru. After the Great Catastrophe, they put him in an orphanage.
He and Baba leave together, leaving Nobuo alone.
