The main protagonist of the series. Kaho is a 15-year-old girl and falls in love with Kanade after he saves her from an accident. As the spoiled daughter of an elderly rich couple, she has found it difficult to make friends. Whilst she is a perfectly pleasant person she is used to never being criticised or spoken to harshly due to everyone in her home kneeling her family. This is why making true friends not those just interested in her status was hard for her. She is attracted to Kanade initially as he very loudly and angrily tells her off for her carelessness at nearly being run over. This took her aback as it had never happened before. She is not at all boastful despite her wealth and tries to live as normally as possible.
Kaho is a cute girl with long dark purple hair that has a single strand sticking up and purple eyes. She is normally wearing a school uniform dress or a dress of some sort.
Kaho is a kind, caring, gentle, shy, sweet and soft-spoken girl who is also noted to be a bit naïve and clumsy. She is also known to have another personality (probably cultivated from being spoil in her household or because of her seriousness) in which she takes everything seriously, even the smallest things (it is shown in episode 12). It also shows that she always speaks her mind over something and shy that always like boys.
Kaho also worries a lot about her relationship with Kanade Takahashi. She is fully aware of how wrong it is for a High Schooler to have feelings for an Elementary School student, and is constantly self-conscious about it. However, she is also prone to fits of jealousy and rage when she sees girls of Kanade’s age talking to him. Many times she wonders whether or not she should even continue dating Kanade. She eventually decides to watch and see how he matures. She is still unable to shake her possessiveness over her first love. She always kind and gentle to her friend and scared of that girl who scared her the most of all.
Before Kaho moved in to the Kasumi Residence, she used to live with her parents where she was spoiled everyday (due to the fact that her parents had her when they're already old). Her surroundings, especially the locals, are aware that about her family's influence. As a result, no one really get mad at her.
