Nebatakos appears as a middle-aged, overweight man with thin, pale yellow hair remaining only at the sides of his head.

He dresses in a vivid yellow blazer, a bright red tie, brown trousers, and matching red shoes, making him visually stand out.

In his battle form, Nebatakos transforms into a monstrous, armored, octopus-like creature with numerous legs.

His features include a hard yellow helmet and armor, the ability to bundle legs for bipedal movement, and explosive growth in size.

Nebatakos is extremely rude, violent, and careless, disregarding workplace order and authority.

He aggressively orders newcomers, like Bunbee, around and never addresses his boss Anacondy with respect.

He routinely neglects reports, and when forced, submits ones so shoddy that Anacondy harshly criticizes them.

When angered or exasperated by job insecurity, he lashes out—often attacking Pretty Cures outside mission requirements.

Yet, he does have quirky interests, as when he praises Urara Kasugano’s latest song as "cool music," surprising many.

Originally assigned as a collector for other worlds in the Eternal organization, Nebatakos has a record of attacking places like the recovering Palmier Kingdom.

He formally becomes the replacement for Scorp after the latter is defeated by Milk, taking over the dangerous Rose Pact retrieval mission.

He claims minimal knowledge or care for Scorp, highlighting his self-centered nature.

Nebatakos possesses formidable strength both in human and monster form.

In combat, he morphs into an armored octopus beast, wielding numerous tentacles for direct attacks.

His unique abilities include shooting ink clouds from chest suckers to create smokescreens and rapidly growing in size when threatened.

He shows incredible stamina and defense; Milky Rose fails to pierce his defenses and tires before inflicting real harm.

After losing control, Nebatakos further mutates—gaining even more legs and greater destructive power, smashing and spraying ink at opponents without mercy.

• Anacondy: His boss, whom Nebatakos continuously disrespects, rarely submitting proper reports and addressing her without courtesy.
• Bunbee: Treats Bunbee as an unreliable rookie, giving him the most menial or dangerous tasks.
• Scorp: Displays utter indifference to his predecessor, stating "I don’t even remember if such a guy was around."
• Urara Kasugano: Unexpectedly interested in her new song, calling it impressive music.

"Scorp? Oh, was there such a guy? Whatever he did before, now that I’m here, getting the Rose Pact is a sure thing."

"My place is really gone?! How can everything I have disappear... It’s all your fault!!"

Appointment as Scorp’s Replacement

Following Scorp's defeat by Milk, Nebatakos is appointed as the official collector of the Rose Pact and Pretty Cure exterminator.

He quickly demonstrates indifference to his predecessor, showing his lack of respect for others within Eternal.

Clashes with Pretty Cure

Nebatakos frequently battles the Pretty Cure team, especially using overwhelming force and disregarding collateral damage.

He wounds or damages seized collections, resulting in harsh warnings from Anacondy.

During one Palmier Kingdom raid, his motives and disregard for rules are clearly displayed.

Critical Mistakes and Downfall

In episode 23, during a retreat, Nebatakos inadvertently brings the Pretty Cure team back to Eternal headquarters—an unforgivable blunder.

Episode 24 sees Anacondy firing him, but Nebatakos, enraged, transforms into his ultimate form, gaining massive power.

However, thanks to the new weapon "Cure Fleurette," the Pretty Cure team turns the tables.

He is struck by the "Precure Rainbow Rose Explosion" and disintegrates, becoming Eternal’s second casualty.

Movie Return

Nebatakos is later revived by Bottom’s power for "PreCure All Stars DX2: Protect the Rainbow Jewel of Hope!", but he does not play a major role compared to some other villains.
