Suguru Doujima

A student council member at Toumi East High School. A first-year male student. He is about 170 centimeters tall and wears glasses. His academic performance is average, with a slight strength in science subjects.

He intended to join the student council because of an introduction by the former student council president, Kuze, and the prospect of improving his internal assessment, which led Sayaka to question his abilities. However, Touko allowed him to join the student council, believing that Kuze's laid-back nature meant he surrounded himself with capable people. He is a lively high school boy who often makes light-hearted remarks but occasionally shows a passionate side. He doesn't always listen seriously, so Maki often teases him. He has some experience in kendo from middle school, but he was reportedly not very strong. When he and Yuu heard about Akari's heartbreak, he showed anger towards the senior who caused it, while affirming Akari.

In the student council play, he played the role of a classmate of the protagonist (Touko) at school. Since he played a serious student role, unlike his usual self, he was well-received by the female students.

The following year, he became the student council president and continued the student council play that Touko had revived because he found it interesting, leading to its continuation thereafter.

In the final episode, he is dating Akari and has surpassed her in height. Among Yuu's circle, he is the only one unaware of Yuu and Touko's relationship.
